You are about to be let in on a great and powerful secret that can and most likely will have an unbelievable affect on your life. This information can literally turn around the state of your health and mind – making you feel years younger and many times more energetic than you feel right now.  It will help you lose weight, enhance your memory, build great relationships, improve your career, increase your income potential, and most importantly make you think and feel young again.

Now, it is not so much of a secret, as it is something common that we all know about.  When I mention this special something you will most likely say to yourself, “Oh, I know about that.”  It’s true, you have probably known about it and heard about it through out your life and, if you are like me, you have taken it for granted – not knowing it’s true power.  I can assure you this - it is indeed great and powerful.  This special something is down right magical!

Yes, it can dramatically change the way you feel and improve your life.  In fact, this simple little secret has completely changed my life – changing it from one of depression and lethargy to a life filled with boundless energy and happiness.  Before I stumbled on this secret I was a truly a sorry soul.  I was feeling tried all the time, my mind felt foggy – never sharp.  I would start my mornings already physically and mentally spent, as if my batteries never recharged from a good night sleep. I had steadily put on weight over a period of years, going from a healthy 175lbs to 225lbs (50 lbs).  I was already feeling tired and the weight that I had packed on also slowed me down, putting my health at risk along with making me feel less confident in myself because of my appearance. But that all changed when this secret was revealed to me.  And now I will reveal the secret to you.

What is this magical secret?  What is this special little something that has completely changed my life?  The secret that has radically changed my life and the life of my family is… Vitamin B.

I stumbled across Vitamin B, which has turned out to be the proverbial fountain of youth, when my daughter visited her doctor several months ago.  She had been suffering from migraine headaches on and off for a period of time.  At that time the headaches were more on than off.  Her headaches were occurring frequently enough to be a concern and we decided it was time to see a doctor.

When she visited her doctor I was expecting that she would leave his office with a fist full of prescriptions for migraine related drugs ranging from Cafergot to Migranal.  What actually happened completely surprised me.  He suggested that she might be dealing with a Vitamin B deficiency, specifically Vitamin B3 also known as Niacin.  He recommended that we purchase a Vitamin B supplement for her to see if, with regular use, her headaches would subside.  We did exactly what he recommended – guess what?  She hasn’t had any headaches since.

I found the doctor’s recommendation that day very interesting.  Honestly, I was expecting something much different from him, more dramatic, along the lines of a big drug company solution mainly because of the conditioning that we have received from advertising and the media over the years. But overall I was pleased – actually, I was downright ecstatic!  Imagine such a simple solution to something that had caused her so much pain and discomfort – a Vitamin! Wow!

So, I decided to learn more by doing some Vitamin B research on my own… and this is what I found…

Vitamin B plays a vital role in maintaining a healthy mind and body.  In fact, Vitamin B is not an individual vitamin at all – it is a family of vitamins – more specifically, there are many individual vitamins that make-up B family of vitamins.  Vitamin B is often referred to as a vitamin complex and they often work together to provide their benefits to the body.

Vitamin B is found in a wide variety of meats, vegetables and other foods like liver, eggs, fish, milk, grains, nuts, green vegetables plus tons more.  Another interesting item is that some Vitamin B supplements combine the most popular and powerful Bs in the family, which are Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12.  The supplement form of the vitamin allows them to easily be added to your diet plus the supplements are widely available for purchase in many health food stores and grocery outlets.

But the most interesting information of all was in what I uncovered next.  I found a major eye opener listed within the symptoms that indicate a possible deficiency of Vitamin B.  This list raised my awareness of the consequences of not have enough Vitamin B in your diet.

Get ready and hold on tightly to your seats…because you are seconds away from embarking on a wild eye-opening ride.

You might be Vitamin B deficient if… you are experiencing… or suffering from…

Arthritis, anemia, bone loss, constipation, dementia, dermatitis, dizziness, edema, enlarged liver, eye disorders, depression, dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, flaky skin, forgetfulness, gastrointestinal problems, halitosis, hair loss, heart changes, headaches (including migraines), hearing problems, impaired memory, insomnia, indigestion, irritability, labored breathing, learning difficulties, loss of appetite, low blood sugar, memory loss, muscle atrophy, moodiness, nervousness, numbness of the hands and feet, pain and sensitivity, poor coordination, poor digestion, sensitivity to light, skin problems, slowed mental response, spinal cord degeneration, ringing in the ears, tingling in the hands, weak and or sore muscles, and general weakness.

Whew! That was quite a ride.  Some major health issues are listed here, spanning a very broad spectrum.  Now, I mentioned when my daughter had her headaches I was expecting a ‘big drug company’ solution, but the solution, as it turned out, was found in this simple vitamin.

Here’s a question for you to ponder: If you were suffering from one or more of the symptoms presented in the previous list where would you expect to find your solution?

Would you even consider a vitamin?

Now, the benefits of Vitamin B are equally interesting:

Vitamin B1 acts as an antioxidant guarding the body from the degenerative effects of aging, alcohol consumption and smoking.

Vitamin B2 is necessary for red blood cell formation, antibody production, cell respiration, and growth.  It helps alleviate eye fatigue and is important in the prevention and treatment of cataracts.  It aids in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.

Vitamin B3 is required for proper circulation and healthy skin. It aids in the function of the nervous system and, like B2, it aids in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.  It helps to lower cholesterol and improve circulation.  It is also a memory enhancer.

Vitamin B5 is known as ‘the anti-stress vitamin.’ Like its predecessors it also helps convert fats, carbohydrates and protein into energy.  It is required by all cells in the body and is concentrated in the organs.  B5 is also known as a stamina enhancer and may be helpful in treating depression and anxiety.

Vitamin B6 is involved in more bodily functions than almost any other single nutrient, affecting both physical and mental health. It is required by the nervous system and is needed for normal brain function.  It also helps maintain a healthy heart.

Vitamin B12 is needed to prevent anemia.  It aids in cell formation and cell longevity.  It prevents nerve damage and assists memory and learning.

At this point of my research the verdict was in.  I was convinced that Vitamin B was truly a miracle vitamin or at least one of the most import vitamins needed for overall health.

Earlier, I mentioned several big claims around this secret I have revealed to you.  I mentioned that Vitamin B will help you lose weight, enhance your memory, build great relationships, improve your career, increase your income potential, and most importantly make you think and feel young again.  You see, when I added a Vitamin B supplement to my diet all of these things started to happen for me.

Within a few days of adding Vitamin B to my diet I started to feel like I had more energy and stamina.  Instead of folding myself into a comfy chair for the evening when I come home from work I now feel alive with energy – ready for several more rounds in the ring of daily life.

This newfound energy is with me throughout the day.  I find I am doing more and interacting more that I had before.  This has improved my relationships because I have the energy and focus to actively engage the people around me.

The memory enhancing effects of Vitamin B have helped my mind become clear and nimble.  This is improving my career and my ability to earn more money.  I find that I can retain more information and my ability to think subjectively and creatively has improved immensely.  This is allowing me to perform better on the job.

With this new capacity to learn, I have found myself reading more than I ever read in my entire life.  The addition of new knowledge into the storehouse of my mind has caused the reshaping of my world.  I now see more and more opportunities unfolding around me than ever before.

With the boost of energy that Vitamin B gave me I have started to lose weight.  The fat and carbohydrate burning properties kicked in as I started doing more.  I was losing weight without any major change in diet or exercise.  I was just doing more in my daily life and this was enough for my weight to start dropping.  Sure, I took notice as I found my weight moving from the 220’s to 219, 218, 217 and so on.  I was not only feeling better physically with every pound I dropped - I started to feel better, about myself, and the way I looked.  This motivated me to start walking everyday which lead to running everyday which lead to me joining a gym.  Now, I am slimmer and much more confidant weighing in at just under 195lbs.

Vitamin B has literally changed the foundation of my life.  I feel 20 years younger!  I feel great!  It has helped place me in a mental and physical state where I am poised to do and be anything, absolutely anything I want.

Imaging how your life would change if you felt better, more energetic in your mind, body and spirit.  What would you do?  What would your life be like?  Would you start a new career?  Build new friendships?  Take-up skydiving?  Chase your children, grandchildren, or nieces and nephews around the park?  Would you change the world?  What would you do?

To ‘B’ or not to ‘B’?  That is the question… the question that I ask you to ask yourself.
